We completely understand the excitement of Bonfire Night! There’s something magical about watching the night sky light up with beautiful colours, and we all love a spectacular fireworks display! 🎇
However, we’d like to kindly remind all owners and guests that fireworks are not permitted anywhere on site at Roadford Lake Lodges.
We’re fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife, and we want to ensure our park remains a peaceful and safe environment for everyone, including our furry and feathered friends. 🐾🦉🦊
🎆 Looking for somewhere to enjoy the fireworks instead?
There are some organised displays taking place in the wider area this week:
🎇 Moretonhampstead Fireworks Display – Friday 6th November, King George V Playing Fields. Fireworks at 7:30pm.
🎇 Tavistock Lions Fireworks Display – Saturday 7th November, Tavistock FC Football Club. Fireworks at 7pm.
🎇 Ivybridge Rugby Club Firework Extravaganza – Friday 6th November. Gates open at 5:30pm, with fireworks at 7:30pm.
We hope everyone enjoys the Bonfire Night celebrations, wherever you choose to spend them.

⚡ WE ARE ONLINE! EV CHARGING IS NOW LIVE AT ROADFORD LAKE LODGES! ⚡
Following our recent upgrade, we’re delighted to confirm that our new EV charging unit is officially up and running and the first charge has already commenced! 🚗🔌
We’ve replaced our previous unit with a new Rolec Securicharge unit. Charging can be started easily using the Monta system, giving drivers a straightforward way to access and pay for their charge.
🌿 And it’s not just for our holiday guests and lodge owners — our EV charging facility is open to public use too.
For those staying with us, we hope the upgrade makes travelling by electric vehicle that little bit easier: arrive, plug in, recharge and enjoy everything Roadford Lake Lodges and the surrounding Devon countryside has to offer.
